“It’s not an easy task to pick out one of my pictures as my favorite. Favorites come and go, and my favorite photographs are not by me :) My favorite thing to do is to sit with the photographs alone, when the moonlight is all that brushes my back. I find that the most relaxing and magical moment. 

I spent some time in New York this Autumn, and when I look back at that time, I feel quite happy. I took sooooo many pictures at that time, and some of them are very special to me. One of them is this one of Jacob Morton. I was given this really great opportunity to shoot a story for DUST #2, I wrote quite many emails back and forward with Luigi and Luca, whom I really respect. I felt very obligated, and scared that I would fuck things up. But Luigi was very patient, and gave me the time I needed, and for what it’s worth it all came down to this photograph and that’s why I love it - it has so many references to me. ” - Simon B.
